OMG Most equipment now days is built as cheaply as possible. This thing is built like a Sherman tank. Very sturdy. I was amazed at how quiet it was. Will not scare pets. I work as a Maintenance Machinist and have worked on equipment all my life. This thing is so sturdy it will not rock and roll like most tables when the dogs shake the water off themselves. It also has 2 foot pedals, one on each side of the table.
