Not too hard to assemble, although took me some time to figure out how to assemble the parts. ( i'm not handy person though)i have been using this cart for few months already before I could write a review! i love that adjustment of the cart! whenever i'm trying to unload stuff from my car, i just need to raise the cart higher (same as my back truck height), and move stuff to my cart, which decreases the chances of hurting my low back! Makes it so much eaasier!A quick note about the handle! To realease the handle, press it SLOWLY so you don't get surprised by the loud sound it makes.
